'How Can the Dream Survive if we Murder the Children?’

This year’s event, the Arizona for Life March & Rally, will be one of the most inspiring ever in Arizona. This year’s featured speaker is Alveda King, niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and author of, "How Can the Dream Survive if we Murder the Children?”

Evangelist Alveda C. King chooses to use her God-given talents and abilities to glorify God and uphold the sanctity of life from the womb to the tomb. She serves as the Executive Director of the outreach called, “Civil Rights for the Unborn,” and is also a voice for the "Silent No More Awareness Campaign," sharing her testimony of two abortions, God’s forgiveness, and healing.

The daughter of the late civil rights activist Rev. A.D. King and his wife Naomi Barber King, Alveda grew up in the civil rights movement led by her uncle, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Her family home in Birmingham, Alabama, was bombed, as was her father’s church office in Louisville, Kentucky. Alveda was jailed during the open housing movement. She sees the prolife movement as a continuation of the civil rights struggle.

The Arizona for Life March & Rally takes place on January 15th at the Arizona Capitol in Phoenix. But you don’t have to hassle with driving, finding parking spaces and all of that.

There is a chartered Master’s Touch Bus that still has limited seats available. It’s only $30 for a round-trip ticket from Prescott to Phoenix - less than you would probably spend on gas if you drove yourself! Plus, you get the opportunity to spend time and fellowship with others that are like-minded.

Everyone who purchases a ticket between now and next Wednesday, January 12th, will be eligible to be put in the drawing for a copy of Alveda King’s book, “How Can the Dream Survive if we Murder the Children?”

If you are unable to walk the one mile from the drop off place to the Capitol, you can ride the bus directly to the Capitol.

Information:

Master’s Touch Bus leaves Prescott at 8:45 a.m.
Only $30 for round-trip ticket to the Rally

Food trucks will be available, or you can bring a lunch and water.
