Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE... Areas above 5000 feet near Doney Park, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Jacob Lake, North Rim, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Seligman, Valle and Williams.

* WHEN... From 11 PM this evening to 5 PM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS... Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
