Big Idea

  • 16-year-old Kayla Cox left her home sometime after 11 PM; she may be in the Phoenix or El Mirage area
  • Kayla has a diagnosed mental illness and has a history of suicide attempts
  • Kayla is diabetic and does not have her insulin with her
  • Kayla also does not have a cell phone or electronic device with her that may be traced

16-year-old Kayla Cox is endangered and without critical medication

Sometime after 11:00 PM on Monday, August 10, 2020, 16-year-old Kayla Cox left her residence on Agua Fria in Prescott Valley. It is possible that Kayla is in the Phoenix or El Mirage area. Kayla has diagnosed mental illness and has a history of suicide attempts. Kayla is also diabetic and left without her insulin. She does not have a cell phone or other electronics devices.
