Welcome, Marriott!

Prescott Valley, AZ., September 13, 2022 - The ownership of Prescott Valley’s Hampton Inn and Suites is working to bring a Marriott TownePlace to the town.   The Beck Legacy Group has been the managing partner of the Hampton Inn and Suites of Prescott Valley since 2008 and will be the managing partner of the new hotel.

The new hotel will be ideally located across the street from the Findlay Toyota Center and will be approximately a 93 room Marriott TownePlace.   The Marriott TownePlace is an extended stay hotel that serves short term as well as extended stay guests.

“Our group was working with the Marriott to bring Marriott TownePlace to Prescott Valley in 2019-2020, however COVID-19 put the project on hold. With travel returning to normal levels, we are moving fast and excited to bring much needed hotel rooms and new hospitality careers to support growing tourism and business travel. We are working towards a groundbreaking ceremony in January 2023 with the anticipation of being open and serving guests in June of 2024,” says Dane Beck of the Beck Legacy Group.

The Beck Legacy group is working with the Fain Signature Group on the downtown placement of the new hotel for Prescott Valley.  “Much goes into the design of a community and especially a downtown.  This is an ideal site to capture that business traveler as well as regional tourists who desire to be close to entertainment and restaurants,” says Brad Fain.  “The proposed hotel will complement the ongoing development of the Town Center and bring more energy and activity to Prescott Valley.”
