PRESCOTT, AZ (January 24, 2023) -- The City of Prescott has opened their search for a new City Manager.  The city has contracted with Columbia ltd, an executive recruiting service to manage the search. Applications for the position may be submitted through March 6, 2023.

Michael Lamar, the current City Manager announced his resignation to pursue other interests in the private sector. Lamar will stay on with the City until February 14, 2023. Deputy City Manager Tyler Goodman has been named the interim City Manager while the City conducts a nationwide search to fill the position.
