PRESCOTT, Ariz. – The 2022 U.S. News & World Report rankings of the most effective colleges and universities in the nation are in— and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Prescott campus was named No. 1 in the “Best Colleges for Veterans,” Regional Colleges – West category, and No. 2 overall “Best Regional College in the West.” Approximately 50 institutions make up the Regional Colleges – West category.

 

 

The Prescott Campus also received high marks for its undergraduate engineering programs, compared to other colleges without a doctoral program. Those rankings are listed as follows:

 

·         No. 7 — Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs: Electrical Engineering.

·         No. 11 — Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs: Mechanical Engineering.

·         No. 11 — Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs.

·         No. 14 — Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs: Computer Engineering.

·         Previously, when the campus was ranked among non-doctorate schools in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering), the program had been No. 1 in for 16 consecutive years (this category does not exist in the 2022 rankings).
