At the Tuesday, February 27th 3:00 p.m. Prescott City Council meeting a Proclamation was read to honor the achievements of Dr. Robin Sobotta, former Airport Director at the Prescott Regional Airport. Sobotta began her employment in January of 2018.  Mayor Pro Tem, Connie Contelme, shared the reading of the Proclamation with Mayor Phil Goode.

The ceremony included presenting Sobotta with flowers along with congratulations. The Council Chambers was at least half full with Sobotta's former staff and employees.

Sobotta made a short speech thanking the Mayor and Council as well as those who have supported her in the past.  She specifically pointed out the support and love she received from her mother and father, who were in attendance.
