June 12 @ 9:30 am - The Doctor is in the House - How to Heal Sick Plants -As we enter summer the heat, bugs and disease take its toll in the garden.  You can have a nice yard with these easy-to-use summer tips and a few key plant choices.  


 

June 19 @ 9:30 am - Perennial Plant that Thrive in Summer Heat - June is the ideal month to plant perennials in the gardens. Students learn how design seasonally for a continual 4-season bloom in the garden.  All local & All Free.


 

 

June 26 @ 9:30 am - Best Mountain Fruit Trees and How to Summer Plant - Have your landscape and eat it, too!  We’ll share the tips, tricks, and recipes that make for a better, healthier and tastier landscape.


 

 

July 3 @ 9:30 am - Gardening for Newcomers - Learn all the mountain secrets to local garden success. Learn about growing zones, frost dates, soils and more; you'll know exactly what to do in the gardens after this class.


 

 

July 10 @ 9:30 am - Plant Better Berries and Grapes –  Berry, grape, fig, and pomegranate are all covered in this juicy, fast pace class.  You will have bowls of fruit picked fresh from the gardens after this week’s class.


 

 July 17 @ 9:30 am - Avoid these Common Pest at All Cost – Hard to kill bugs like grasshopper, blister beetle and spider mites kill.  After this science heavy class, you will exactly what to look for and how to deal with pest and disease in the gardens. 


 

 

July 24 @ 9:30 am - Privacy Screens and Barriers – Tired of looking at the neighbor's RV? This class shows off the best, fastest growing plants to fill in your privacy screens! You can screen unsightly neighbors, enhance your view, or block pesky traffic and cut noise and light pollution.


 

July 31 @ 9:30 am – Edible Landscape with Trees & Berries - We’ll share the tips, tricks, and recipes that make for a better, healthier and tastier landscape. Plant experts will be on hand after the class that specializes in fruiting designs that can be eaten after planting.
