Prescott Valley Police mourn one of their own

Mayor Kell Palguta’s message was short and to the point. 

"It is with a sad heart that I report that a Prescott Valley Police Officer passed away while off duty. No further details will be released at this time, I only ask that you say a prayer for the officer, their family left behind and for our Prescott Valley Officers who are coping with the loss of a brother.”

Later, a news release stated that a procession would take place Wednesday evening. Dozens of vehicles participated.
