The Board of Supervisors elect a new Chair for 2022.

 

At the regular Yavapai County Board of Supervisors meeting today (12/1/2021) the Board voted unanimously to make Vice-Chair Mary Mallory the Chair for next year and Supervisor James Gregory the new Vice-Chair.   

Vice-Chair Mary Mallory said, “I look forward to serving as the Board of Supervisors Chair for 2022 along with having Supervisor Gregory as the vice chair.”  

Supervisor James Gregory said, “I am honored and excited to be selected as the 2022 Vice Chair for the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors.  This past year in office has been a whirlwind of learning and navigating through County government and resources; and I can sincerely say we have the best staff!  I look forward to this next year of continued service and commitment to the citizens of Yavapai County.” 

The new positions will take effect on January 1, 2022.
