Prescott, AZ (May 27, 2021) – Travelers will see a significant change in air service in the near future at Prescott Regional Airport (PRC).  Passengers will soon have weekly access to more than 2000 outbound and inbound seats through Prescott Regional Airport.

United Express (operated by SkyWest Airlines), has added a second daily Denver flight, beginning June 3, 2021.  Local travelers will benefit from convenient connections through United’s Denver hub to hundreds of domestic and international locations.  It’s a great time to fly!

Separately, Boutique Air announced a temporary suspension of PRC-PHX flights due to a pilot shortage, despite traveler interest in that route.  No service resumption date was announced. For travel/refund options, Boutique Air can be reached at 855-268-8478.

Beginning June 3, air travelers will enjoy an impressive 32% increase in available airline seats through Prescott Regional Airport, despite Boutique’s service change.  The newest United Express flight will double the Denver daily non-stop departures from Prescott, and complements United Express daily non-stop service to Los Angeles.  Air travelers using Prescott Regional Airport also enjoy free 10-day airport parking, and the convenient new Airport Passenger Terminal experience.

Nationally and locally, air travel interest has rebounded dramatically over the prior year.  In fact, 80% of all May 2021 Prescott-Denver seats were purchased.  Further, more than 40% of all June 2021 Prescott-Denver seats – including those on the second non-stop flight -- have already been purchased.

Tickets for the United Express Flights are available by visiting United’s website at www.united.com, the United App, or by calling Reservations at 1-800-864-8331.
