Are you ready for summer?

Warm temperatures along with breezy conditions continue through the week. Showers and thunderstorms develop this afternoon over the White Mountains, expanding westward on Thursday and Friday. Strong gusty outflow winds and dry lightning are possible near any storms.

An upper-level low remains locked in place over northern Mexico as high pressure builds to our north and west. This blocking pattern keeps temperatures warm with breezy conditions.

The Prescott area has a very low likelihood of precipitation for Thursday and Friday.
