Ken Bennett is now a candidate for LD1 Senate.

Anne Marie Ward announced last week that she was suspending her campaign because her husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor.

Bennett has wide experience in political office. Bennett served as a former Senator & Senate President, Secretary of State and with the oversight of the Senate 2020 Election Audit.

However, for Bennett to qualify to be on the ballot, he must submit 700 signatures by Monday, April 4th at 5 PM.

If you signed for Noel Campbell or Steve Zipperman you are NOT eligible to sign for Bennett.  If you signed electronically or a paper petition for Anne Marie Ward you ARE allowed to sign online for Ken Bennett.

Ken has to have 700 signatures by Monday, April 4th. The best way to sign is at this link:  https://apps.azsos.gov/equal/

Here is how to do that:

Scroll down about halfway on the page. The AZ Senate LD 1 candidates are right after the Governor petitions.
Bennett is the only Senate candidate ‘open’ for signatures.

It is very easy & only takes 5 minutes. Enter your driver license number OR your voter registration number. You will then see a list of all candidates for all AZ races. Scroll down to see LD1 Senate race.
